Domaine du Castel, Jerusalem Hills, Israel. $36.99.
Gold. The aroma is vanilla and toast. It's light bodied, with vanilla. Tart.

Ruby. Hay and barnyard aroma. The taste is hay, cherry, and currant. A little too tannic.
