Protect or regulate?
Easy. If you're an industry which makes actual weapons, you get
protection from lawsuits. If you're an industry which makes entertainment which parents should be responsible for buying for their children, you get
regulated.
The former industry's products kill, directly.
The latter? No-one really knows.
Sure. This makes sense.
Sigh.
